Public Swims (drop-in)

Open to all members of the public, these swims welcome all ages. Youth under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+). Click here to view our public swim schedule and pricing.

Lane Swimming (drop-in)

Lane swim is an excellent way to stay in shape, with low impact. Lane swimming is available to adults, seniors and youths (aged 15 and older). Click here to view our lane swim schedule and pricing.

Senior Swim (drop-in)

Dedicated pool time for our patrons, 60+.

Lifesaving Society Swimming Lessons (sign-up required)

We offer the Lifesaving Society swimming lessons program. With a pre-school and children’s program we provide swimming and water safety education starting as early as 6 months.

Private lessons for children and adults will be available as well!

Aquafit Now Here! (drop-in)

A great way to increase your cardiovascular capacity, as well as muscle strength and mobility, Aquafit is a great workout! Show up and our instructor will lead the way. Aquafit is open to adults, seniors and youth (ages 15 and up). Click here to view our pool schedule.

Swim to Survive (sign-up required)

This program is designed for schools, groups and those working on the water. It helps participants gain the skills to survive an unexpected fall into deep water and self rescue priciples. This program is open to all ages.

Bronze Star, Medallion, Cross (sign-up required)

Are you thinking about becoming a Lifeguard? Bronze Star, Medallion and Bronze Cross are the initial lifeguard training courses. Offered at various times each year, this training includes first aid certification and teaches self rescue and the basics of rescuing others in aquatic environments. Learn more here.

Nationals (sign-up required)

You’ve completed Bronze Cross and Bronze Medallion and now you train to become a certified lifeguard through the Nationals course. Included in this training is an emergency first-aid certification. Learn more here.

Swim for Life Instructor (sign-up required)

Additionally if you have completed your Bronze Cross and are passionate about supporting your community, the Swim Instructor course is for you. Learn how to share your swimming and water safety knowledge by teaching the next generation of swim students. Learn more here.
